Abstract | The role of incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in International Diplomacy and conflict resolution has the ability to revolutionize the current processes. The current paper aims at reviewing the future responsibilities of these technologies in improving diplomacy and forecasting wars. Thus, scrutinizing selected successful cases of AI use in diplomacy, and the possibilities of ML in conflict areas. The paper also covers the ethical issues and the possible developments of Artificial Intelligence in the sphere of diplomacy of various states. The conclusions stress the essential role of AI and ML in creating a more favorable external environment in order to reduce conflicts. |
