Abstract | Young people' life satisfaction and self-worth were revealed to be strongly negatively associated with social anxiety in a study. In order to boost self-esteem and general pleasure in life, social anxiety treatment is essential. To encourage resilience and mental health, certain strategies and support networks are necessary. |
